CSM- Building blocks

The CSM- New Shop floor Culture

Developed based on the Quote of one of the Greatest Scientist .
"Imagination is more important than knowledge."
                                      ~ Albert Einstein

Previous session  explains why the shop floor need  a new Management system and culture and also waiting for further about  Eureka  Week and CSM.
Basically CSM ‘s Major objective is finding the way or blasting  the hidden  mountain which opposes the profit by simple bullet .Whereas the KAIZEN and other Continuous improvement projects deals with removal of smaller stones. If we  don’t have imagination ,then we cannot identify the hidden Mountain.SO We already know the CSM is developed based on Imagination Engineering.
CSM-  stands for “Competitive Shop Floor Management “.
Instead of blaming other teams ,CSM builds the culture of improving their competitiveness within the shop floor functions as well as overall organization also.
Eg. The production function will be competitive when there is a limitation of Maintenance arises and so on. How to do it?.

“Eureka  week” Rules are
1.Identifying the hidden Mountain and it’s solution through IM and CM methods.
2.The solution should be completed within 7 hours.
3.Improved result should be seen within next shift.
4.You should not use external people support for making sample .
5.You should not purchase new spare for sample.
Overall  the Problem and solution both will be new remaining are already available.
This session added two more , IM and CM methods for more clarification.
Over dose will make indigestion so ,I will explain the case study which dealt in Eureka week in the coming session.
Your’s Faithfully ,
